EmblemHealth selected Mascioni & Behrmann to conduct base building due diligence review and lease negotiations for the new Uniondale facility.

Our team was also involved in programming, project budgeting, and ultimately lead the design team, providing full personal support to EmblemHealth facilities and ensuring a smooth transition from their old Hempstead center. This new facility provides patients with a “central hub” experience where most healthcare needs are meet within this 29,000 SF center.
