Our Leadership
Ciro brings 25 years of experience planning and managing the design of healthcare projects to his role as principal and owner of Mascioni & Behrmann.
A Registered Architect since 2001 and an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Ciro has been widely recognized for his aptitude for project management and ability to lead the design team from conception to execution. With a keen understanding of the industry, he has become an invaluable resource and trusted advisor to a range of local healthcare institutions.
Ciro joined M&B in 1995 and became president in 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Haven and a Master of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
John brings over 40 years of experience to his role as project executive for M&B’s largest projects.
A member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board and Construction Specifications Institute, he specializes in Facility Guidelines Institute guidance, building code analysis and interpretation, life safety, specification writing, quality assurance, and quality control.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute.
Steve brings 12 years of experience to his role as senior project manager / associate, in which he conducts programming interviews, coordinates with consultants, oversees production from schematic design through construction documents, and leads the construction administration phase.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Hartford, as well as Master of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Gigi has 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer. She is involved with material research and selection as well as furniture specification and coordination. She is responsible for creating and delivering client presentations in both physical and digital formats, as well as developing finish and furniture design standards. She works collaboratively with Project Managers, Project Architects, end user’s in-house design team, consultants, furniture dealers and architectural representatives to deliver the project’s objectives.
Gigi holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
Nafeesa brings 5 years of experience to the Mascioni & Behrmann team. As an Assistant Project Manager, Nafeesa has been responsible for documenting existing conditions; programming; schematic design and construction documents; as well as, assisting with presentations and construction administration.
Nafeesa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
Fabio recently joined the M&B team as the Marketing & Business Coordinator. He is involved in composing project proposals for potential new projects for the firm. He works diligently to ensure that each proposal is in line with M&B standards to give the firm favorable opportunities in regards to incoming projects. He is responsible for collaborating with Project Managers, Project Architects and various Sub-Consultants in order to obtain necessary deliverables before issuing M&B’s proposals to clients.
Fabio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Seton Hall University and is currently in the Real Estate Development Master’s Program at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
